Asbestos Management: Including Asbestos in Soils

Chateau Impney Hotel & Exhibition Centre Elizabethan Suite Droitwich Spa Worcestershire England WR9 0BN
This event is aimed at any person in construction, particularly those involved in the refurbishment or demolition of property and groundworkers. It will also appeal to project managers and principle designers. This will act as a reminder about the hazards associated with asbestos, will discuss asbestos management and shed light on the obligations of those working on construction sites. Particular attention will be given to Asbestos in Soils as there is an increasing awareness within the industry as brownfield/contaminated sites continue to be developed. Look forward to a fresh view on the different types of surveys and when they are required. We’ll also look at the very real consequences of a poor survey, discussing the negative exposure, the fines & clean up costs that will be incurred. In addition, the training and standards required for competence will be discussed. The speakers at the event have a wealth of knowledge to share and can be a great source for guidance and support. Whether you are a self-employed, an employer or run a small building company, this free event is a must to attend and booking early is recommended. BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment as places are limited.
