Bank House Hotel, Bransford, Worcester,WR6 5JC

Our Hands are one of our most valuable assets, they assist us in everything we do at work and at home.

Workplace accidents account for 2 million work days lost with a large percentage involving serious hand injuries or life changing conditions.

Causes of hand injuries relate to:

•Use of inappropriate plant & equipment with insufficient guarding.

    •Hand arm vibration exposure

    •Handling heavy or sharp objects

    •Repetitive handling

•Placing hands where there is a risk of crush injuries

During this event we will address the hazards and ways to control the risks, by using monitoring equipment, removing the need to handle and task specific PPE
